Paradigm is a Canadian speaker manufacturer that has put its name squarely among the finest names. The attention to every stage of manufacturing detail is Paradigm's strength.

Most speaker manufacturers (especially the big names) outsource the manufacture of the various parts required to build the speaker they design. Not so with a company like Paradigm. Paradigm speakers are designed and built from the ground up in their own facilities and even have their own anechoic chamber with which to conduct acoustic research. This is the kind of attention to detail found only in high-end speakers.
Paradigm has a few separate lines of home theater speaker systems. The Cinema line are a satellite speaker system aimed at the affordable side of the home theater market; they sell around $600. The Reference series is the very high-end at high-scale prices and the Performance series might have more palatable prices with audiophile performance.
